Visual Lead inspector
Specializing in Visual Lead Inspecting for Rental Turnovers to ensure all Lead levels are safe for inhabitable environments.
Inspection Fees are as follows:
$275-Inspection Fee
$50 of the $275 inspection fee will be due upon arrival and to conduct a visual inspection out the structures perimeter. If the structure’s perimeter fails the visual inspection, corrections will need to be made before the inspection of the inside can continue. Once the outside issues have been corrected, the inspection of the inside of the structure can take place after placing a call to schedule. The remaining $225 inspection fee will be due upon arrival of the inspection.
$25 per room reinspection fee for rooms that fail.
